MDC Clinicians

These clinicians are Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associates. They are under my supervision as they complete their hours to qualify for independent licensure. If you wish to utilize insurance when working with these clinicians, it will be important to confirm that supervisory billing is allowed under your policy. Typically, Regence, Premera, Lifewise and Aetna allow this. If you would like to set up a consult with one of these clinicians, please reach out to me at the email in the footer.

Welcome. Taking steps toward our personal healing, I believe, is how we heal the world. It has been my honor to work in the healing realm for the past ten years using hypnotherapy, deepening my skills to earn my masters in counseling in 2025. I describe my style as relational, authentic, and gentle, working with individuals seeking to resolve unfinished emotional business, better understand themselves, and gain a deeper sense of wellbeing. Anxiety, phobias, childhood trauma, and neurodivergence are my areas of focus, offering methods that have facilitated potent change for clients: Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, expressive art, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, and nature-based therapy. Together, we can gently explore your experiences, helping you find relief and healing in creative and meaningful ways. While therapy isn’t always easy, it can open new doors for a life with more peace, joy, and purpose. Wherever you are in your journey, I offer a therapeutic approach that is warm, engaging, and tailored to meet your unique needs.

Hi there. I work with individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, and depression, using neurodiversity-affirming approaches that honors lived experience and supports feeling safer in your body and having more control of your life. I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore exhaustion, self-doubt, and the strain of performing your different roles or explaining your needs. Together, we build self-insight, confidence, and more authentic ways of showing up in relationships, daily life, and for yourself. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel truly seen and heard, heal from traumatic experiences, and reconnect with yourself in ways that feel grounded, genuine, and even enjoyable, with room for humor along the way.
