I strongly encourage confirming I am listed as a provider for your particular insurance plan. If you want to work with one of my associate providers, please confirm that I am a covered provider and that your insurance plan approves supervisory billing. 

Clients insured by other companies are responsible for the full payment at the time of service and I can provide the paperwork needed to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. It is a good idea to confirm your out-of-network benefits first.

If you pay out-of-pocket, I offer an administrative discount, dropping my fee to $130.00 per 60 min session.

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel within the 48 hour window prior to your scheduled session, you are responsible for payment of the full session fee.

I have a limited number of openings in my practice for sliding scale clients as low as $65 per session. If you wish to be considered for sliding scale, please ask if I have any openings for that at this time.

Please know that my practice tends to be full. I do keep a waitlist, if that is something you are interested in. I encourage you to check out the other clinicians associated with my practice here.
