Fees and Policies
My standard fee is $150 for a 60 minute session.
I am an in-network provider with Regence, Premera, Lifewise, United HealthCare, Aetna and First Choice Health (which covers some Kaiser policies). Clients insured by these companies are responsible for covering their co-pay at the time of service. I strongly encourage confirming I am an in-network provider for your particular insurance plan.
Clients insured by other companies are responsible for the full payment at the time of service and I can provide the paperwork needed to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. It is a good idea to confirm your out-of-network benefits first.
If you pay out-of-pocket, I offer a discount, dropping my fee to $130.00 per 60 min session.
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel within the 48 hour window prior to your scheduled session, you are responsible for payment of the full session fee.
I have a limited number of openings in my practice for sliding scale clients as low as $65 per session. If you wish to be considered for sliding scale, please ask if I have any openings for that at this time.
