Fees and Policies

My standard fee is $130 for a 60 minute session. I accept cash, check, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) as payment.

I am an in-network provider with Regence, Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Health (which covers some Kaiser policies) and United Healthcare/Optum. Clients insured by these companies are responsible for covering their co-pay at the time of service.

Clients insured by other companies are responsible for the full payment at the time of service and I provide the paperwork needed to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. It is a good idea to confirm your out-of-network benefits first.

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel within the 48 hour window prior to your scheduled session, you will be charged $65.00. This is the base hourly cost of keeping my business running. If you cancel within the 24 hour window due to forgetting, double-booking yourself, or any kind of time conflict, you will be responsible for the full session fee of $130.00. If you cancel within the 24 hour window due to illness or emergency, you will be charged $65.00. If you are able to reschedule the session within the same week, I will waive these cancellation charges. This policy holds true even if you are an insurance client, as insurance companies will not pay for missed or cancelled sessions. You will not be charged if I must cancel our appointment.

I have a limited number of openings in my practice for sliding scale clients as low as $65 per session. If you wish to be considered for sliding scale, please ask if I have any openings for that at this time in my practice.
